About Me

Hi! I’m Priscilla Gonzalez, a bilingual, speech-language pathologist servicing the San Diego, CA area. I am CA state and ASHA certified and have experience working with early intervention (0-3), school aged (4-12), and geriatric populations. I am passionate about helping individuals that identify as neurodiverse, AAC users, children with language delays and disorders, and adults with history of stroke, TBI, and/or Parkinson’s disease.

Thrive Speech Services offers convenient in-home speech therapy sessions at $70 per 30-minute session for clients that are within 5-10 mile radius of main office location. Each session provides individualized, focused support in the comfort of your home, eliminating the need to travel or wait in a clinic. The last five minutes are dedicated to parent, caregiver, or client education to help learn strategies for continued progress, and weekly homework is provided when appropriate to support practice between visits. This service offers a high level of professional care, guidance, and convenience to help children and adults build strong communication skills in their natural environment.

30 Minute Treatment Session (Clinician's Home Office)

Thrive Speech Services offers 30-minute speech therapy sessions in a private home office setting for clients of all ages at $60 per session. Each session provides individualized, goal-focused support in a quiet, professional, and comfortable environment designed for learning and engagement. The last five minutes of each session are dedicated to parent or caregiver education, allowing for collaboration and carryover of strategies at home. When appropriate, weekly homework or practice activities are also provided to support continued progress between sessions. This option offers a convenient and affordable way to receive high-quality speech therapy in a calm, dedicated space.

Telehealth treatment sessions will be priced at $50/30 minutes for clients of all ages. All clients will be provided with individualized treatment plans post-evaluation, unique short term and long term goals, and will be kept up to date on their progress and recommendations. All treatment is based on evidence based practice and clients/their families will be informed of the practices being used to use further within the home.

Comprehensive speech and language evaluations at Thrive Speech Services are offered at a flat rate of $200. Each evaluation includes a detailed assessment of communication skills through a combination of standardized testing, language sampling, observation, and parent or caregiver input. Areas assessed may include receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic (social) communication, depending on the child’s needs. Following the assessment, a complete written report is provided that includes test results, interpretation, and individualized therapy goals tailored to support meaningful progress. The evaluation also includes a feedback discussion with the caregiver to review findings, answer questions, and outline recommended next steps for therapy
